The HALO Base version prioritizes coverage control and color uniformity, while the HALO Clear version is optimized for gloss and flow-out smoothness.

The HALO Base gun produces a finer spray pattern with a wider fan, ideal for evenly laying down metallic and pearl finishes.
Constructed with a forged aluminium body and carbon fibre components, the Carbonio 360 Evo HALO is exceptionally lightweight — only around 340 g (gun body only) — offering excellent balance, handling, and reduced operator fatigue compared to heavier spray guns such as SATA or DeVilbiss.
The 12-hole nozzle and air cap combination ensures ultra-fine atomization and flawless basecoat results.
