ALL ORDERS OVER $150 EXCLUDING GST ARE FREIGHT FREE (Within New Zealand)
ORDERS:
We pride ourselves in Carclips reputation for super quick delivery! Orders will be shipped by overnight couriers wherever possible. Same day as payment, cut off time is 3:00pm.
NZ Freight cost; Orders under $150 are charged an additional $7.90 + GST for freight for Urban, and $9.90ea for Rural delivery
Australian Freight cost; Orders under 1kg a minimum of $13:50 for freight
International Freight cost; All other international orders are charged a minimum $19 for freight
RETURNS:
Faulty Goods:
Goods ordered which are either faulty or not as ordered may be returned for a full refund, including postage/freight. This must be within a reasonable period.
This includes goods which:
• are or become faulty through no fault of your own.
• are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff.
• don’t match our description or sample (please note that some product pictures may not be of the actual product size - manufacturers supply us with a single product image to cover a range of package sizes - and that the size, volume or weight stated in the product description is what you will get).
• have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
• are or become faulty through no fault of your own.
• are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff.
