The HALO series offers transfer efficiency above 70%, ensuring more material reaches the surface and less is wasted.
The HALO Clear version is optimized for flow-out smoothness and gloss retention, while the HALO Base version is tuned for coverage control and color accuracy.
⚠️ Do not mix air caps or nozzles between Base and Clear models — they spray very differently.
The HALO Clear gun produces a wetter, more fluid spray pattern that allows clear coats to level out effortlessly, reducing orange peel and improving overall finish quality.
Constructed with a forged aluminium body and carbon fibre components, the Carbonio 360 Evo HALO is exceptionally lightweight — only around 340 g (gun body only) — offering excellent balance, handling, and reduced operator fatigue compared to heavier spray guns such as SATA or DeVilbiss.
The 12-hole nozzle and air cap combination ensures ultra-fine atomization for a deep, mirror-like gloss straight off the gun.
