CONTROLLED POLISHING ACTION

Flexipads DA Microfibre Finishing pads have soft microfibres and a flexible foam interface, these DA Microfibre Finishing pads refine paint to a brilliant shine.

These Flexipads DA Microfibre Finishing pads are made for maximum efficiency. Their engineered foam interface offers controlled conformability. As you move the polisher over the paint, the microfibres adapt to the curves and contours of the paint, distributing the wax and mild cleaners evenly for maximum protection and gloss.

  • Unique dense microfibre surface
  • 10mm durable foam backing

Made from microfibre and Polyeurethane foam, this polishing system is designed to bridge the continuously elusive gap between dual action and rotary polishing, without compromising on safety and performance.

They key feature of this system is the replacement of the traditional foam pad surface with a more responsive microfibre. We suggest always selecting the least aggressive product needed to achieve the desired result, working upwards one grade at a time so as not to overwork your surface area.

Cleaning

  1. Add a small amount of dish washing detergent to a 5 gallon bucket and fill it with water.
  2. Soak the dirty pad for up to 30 minutes.
  3. After soaking, massage the pads to work out the caked in polish.
  4. Squeeze out the soapy water.
  5. Empty and refill the bucket with fresh water.
  6. Rinse the pads in the bucket of fresh water, squeeze, and set aside to air dry.

Washing machines often do not remove all of the residue and some washing liquids leave behind small amounts of residue.

Tumble driers can deform the pads and sometimes even damage the cell structure and on microfibre pads, the heat will soften the glue which hold microfibre to its backing.
