For 200 mL Two-Component Automotive Adhesive & Sealer Cartridges
The Clipstok CCMF819 is a static mixing nozzle designed for use with 200 mL automix cartridges containing two-component adhesives, sealers and foams commonly used in collision repair and refinishing work.
As material is dispensed, the internal fixed mixing elements blend the two parts to the correct ratio without manual mixing, helping ensure consistent performance from cartridge to bead. The nozzle fits standard manual and pneumatic applicator guns used in body shops.
Typical compatible products (when fitted on 200 mL cartridges):
Two-part panel bonding adhesives such as 3M™ Panel Bonding Adhesive 08115 (200 mL Automix) used for bonding door skins, quarter panels and similar repairs
Other 3M™ 200 mL two-component cartridge adhesives, sealers and foams engineered for automotive body use (these generally use the same static mixing nozzle interface)
