Built for bodywork that needs a straighter, sharper finish, the Big Kid BOSS Blocks Money Maker Kit gives you five rigid sanding blocks in the lengths you’ll reach for most: 24", 18", 11", 8", and 5.5". Each block is made from 1/8" thick polycarbonate, giving you a lightweight feel with the extra strength needed for busy workshops and demanding custom work.
The square tube handles give you a confident grip and better control across large panels, curves, edges, and tighter repair areas. At 2.687" wide, each block offers a stable sanding surface that helps keep panels true while reducing the waves, dips, and uneven pressure that can show up with softer or less consistent blocks.
Available in the Standard version for sticky-back sandpaper.
