Get better contact and control when sanding curved or recessed areas. The Big Kid Blocks BOSS Concave Kit is made for the spots a flat block cannot reach, helping you keep your sanding more even through concave panels, curves, channels, and shaped bodywork.
This kit includes three hollow polycarbonate round tubes in practical lengths for different jobs:
16 inch tube
9 inch tube
6 inch tube
Use the longer tube for wider concave sections and the shorter tubes for tighter areas where access and control matter. The round tube shape helps support the abrasive evenly across curved surfaces, making it a handy addition for panel work, custom bodywork, restoration, and finishing prep.
Available in a standard version for sticky-back sandpaper, or with Hook-it backing for Velcro-style abrasive discs and sheets.
Ideal for: concave sanding, shaped panels, custom car bodywork, restoration work, and areas where a normal sanding block will not sit correctly.
